This item has been provided to allow the City Council to provide approval for the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation to purchase approximately 7.3 acres of land in the Northeast Metropolitan Park from Travis County to allow for reconfiguration of area roadway access near SH 130 and Pecan Street.  The Travis County Commissioners Court voted unanimously to approve the sale at their meeting on August 2, 2011.  Please find the attached exhibits.
