Summary
A revised Preliminary Plat for the Carmen Subdivision was redesigned to provide for public wastewater lines thus requiring a public wastewater easement. This item coincides with the ordinance repealing the previous grant of a private wastewater easement on the City's property just north of the Carmen Subdivision. Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the Agreement and subsequently record it with Travis County.
