Accepting the PCDC FY24 Q2 Financial and Investment Reports.
Summary
The PCDC closed out the 2nd Quarter Financials and prepared the required Investment Report. All documents were reviewed by the Executive Director. Emily Upshaw, Valley View Consulting is attending the meeting and will be available to present a brief presentation on the investment report as needed. The Investment Report also must meet the requirements of the Public Financial Investment Act (PFIA). After PCDC Board acceptance, the Quarterly Report will be forwarded to the City Council for presentation per the ByLaws: “On a quarterly basis, the Executive Director or designee, shall present a financial update for the current fiscal year to the City Council at a regularly scheduled City Council meeting.”
Prior Action
The PCDC Board reviews and accepts all Quarterly Financial and Investment Reports prior to submission to the City Council.
