Summary
This item is included to allow discussion and action regarding a contract with Affion Public, LLC to aid in the recruitment of the next executive director of PCDC. Per Section 1. (f) City Obligations of the PCDC City Services Agreement, the City provides human resources services through the People and Culture Department, including "(i) Recruit coordination," "(v) Manage personnel files, including pay amount and personnel changes" and "(vi) Administer general HR support and consultation." The City has previously utilized the services of Affion Public, LLC to recruit and hire department directors and assistant city manager.
