Summary
The property is a platted 2.5 acres lot located along the east side of Weiss Lane, generally southeast of the Weiss Lane and Kelly Lane intersection, north of Hidden Lake Crossing Blvd. The property was previously owned by the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation and sold for economic development. The subdivision was platted in 2008 and rezoned in 2009 from Agriculture/Conservation (A) to Light Industrial (LI) by the current property owner. The Comprehensive Plan designates the area with medium to high density adjacent to single family. The proposed rezoning will enable commercial land uses and design standards that can be supported along Weiss Lane and with the surrounding neighborhoods.
