Receive report on City Council, Commission, Board and Committee expenditures for July 2011.

 

Summary

At their meeting on October 12, 2010, the City Council adopted a resolution that provided that the City Secretary report at the first Council meeting of every month the cumulative total of expenses reimbursed to or incurred directly by the City or its Staff on the behalf of members of the City's Council, Commissions, Boards, and Committees during all of the individual members' respective terms of office.  The report for last month is attached.  The report contains cumulative information beginning October 1, 2010.  Corrections to the report have been made to the June 2011 numbers to reflect the attendance of the Chamber's monthly luncheon by Mayor Coleman, Mayor Pro Tem Gonzales and Councilmember Cooper.

This report will be provided to the City Council at the first regular City Council meeting of each month.
