Summary

Ordinance No. 1062-10-11-23 was adopted on November 23, 2010 to designate the Pflugerville Solar Farm land being developed by RRE Austin Solar as a Renewable Energy Reinvestment Zone to help facilitate the ability of RRE to move forward with the Solar Farm Project as it relates to Travis County and Elgin ISD.  Roadways were not included in the original ordinance and should be included within the boundaries.  Therefore, this ordinance is being proposed as Reinvestment Zone #2 to cover the original boundaries and the roadways.
