Summary
Please find the attached agreement for DCS to provide engineering, project management, surveying, and environmental permitting services for the infrastructure improvements for the Renewable Energy Park. This agreement will include the actual construction of the improvements, with construction costs to be defined when the project is bid out. Construction costs are estimated at $1,913,000. This agreement was approved by the PCDC on July 28, 2011.
