Discussion regarding the Strengthsfinder assessment for Board and staff members.
Summary
In January of 2024, the PCDC purchased the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment and provided links for all new board members to complete the study. The discussion will include a review of the board and staff top five strengths among 34 themes possible in the study, along with a discussion on any gaps identified in the Strengthsfinder Grid.
