Summary
The Ernst & Young Economic Development Advisory Services team will provide an overview of the strategic planning process, and current findings from stakeholder engagement and research, and conclude with an overview of the FINAL strategic framework.
Prior Action:
The PCDC board approved a contract with Ernst & Young on June 28, 2023 and City Council approved the contract on July 11, 2023. PCDC and City council approved funding in the FY22 and FY23 Budgets for the total contract expenditures of $195,000.
