Discuss and consider action on Resolution 2024-002 designating 2024 permissible locations and Regular Board Meeting dates of the PCDC Board of Directors in accordance with PCDC Bylaws.
Summary
The PCDC Board must designate permissible locations for board meetings and determine an annual calendar for “Regular Board Meetings” in order to notify the public in accordance with the PCDC Bylaws and the Open Meetings Act. Meetings that are proposed for the 2024 calendar are scheduled on the third Wednesday of each month at 6 pm with two exceptions:

For purposes of continuity, the annual meeting on January 15, 2025 is also noted as a “regular meeting” on the calendar. Additional Meetings may be scheduled throughout the year as “Special Called Meetings” when they are not included in the resolution. These meetings are typically for workshops to review the proposed budget and for an annual retreat. However, these meetings can be convened for other purposes as well at the request of the President and one other board member per the PCDC Bylaws.
