Discuss the Unified Development Code analysis.
Summary
As part of the FY24 budget, an analysis of the Unified Development Code is being performed by Clarion Associates to determine if any amendments may be necessary to align the Unified Development Code with the Aspire 2040 Comprehensive Plan. The consultant will provide a presentation on the process and would like to have a discussion and receive feedback from the Planning and Zoning Commission on items that the Commissioners may encourage to be revisited or integrated into future code amendments.
