Summary
The PCDC Board of Directors, as the governing body for the PCDC, should act to formally accept the resignation date for the PCDC Interim Executive Director and authorize the Board President to take necessary action to allow administrative actions to be processed through the city's human resources department as noted in our administrative Agreement.
