Discussion and update on Pflugerville's Workforce Study.
Summary: In April of 2024 TIP Strategies was approved by the PCDC Board and the City Council to undertake Pflugerville's first workforce study. Over the last three months they have met with the PCDC Board and City Council as well as other local and regional workforce partners. In July, TIP presented a mid study report to both the PCDC Board and Council to gain further insight into the community. Next, staff reviewed the report data to provide feedback on the study's findings captured both locally and regionally thus far. Tonight's presentation will be a progress update for the PCDC Board. TIP will present the final report and strategic action plan to both the Board and City Council in September or October.
