2.) Executive Session Item: 551.071- Consultation with Attorney regarding pending or contemplated litigation involving EVS Metal and 15508 Impact Way LLC.
3.) Open Session Item: Discuss and consider action on Executive Session items as needed.
Summary
These items have been included on the agenda to allow for discussion on its topic. The Board of Directors is expected to retire to executive session on the item for discussion regarding economic development negotiations pursuant to Chapter 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, on personnel matters including the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment and duties of a public officer or employee.
