Discussion and possible action to approve the SH 130 & Helios Way Grant of Access Rights between the State of Texas (TXDOT) and the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation and authorize the Board President to take all actions necessary to close the transaction.
Summary
This is the last step in securing access to SH 130 from Helios Way. After signing and making payment, we can proceed with our Helios project.
Prior PCDC Board action:
At the March 26, 2025 Board meeting, the Board approved to enter into an agreement with DCS Engineering for the purpose of construction administration, construction management, and material testing of Helios Way Right-in & Right-out Driveway Project.
