Conduct a presentation on Pflugerville Facilities Master Plan.
Summary
On November 12, 2024, City Council approved Parkhill to partner with the City of Pflugerville to develop a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan. The scope of work included review of existing conditions assessments, stakeholder engagement, staffing and space programming, site evaluation and conceptual planning, and cost modeling and capital planning over a 15-year planning horizon. This presentation will provide an overview of findings and recommendations.
This item supports the Infrastructure pillar of the Pflugerville Strategic Plan by maintaining City infrastructure to ensure resiliency and continuous operability, preparing facilities to responsibly accommodate future growth, and implementing plans that provide resilient infrastructure.
