Summary
Please find the attached ordinance which updates the Master Fee Schedule for fees effective beginning October 1, 2023. The Master Fee Schedule is attached to this ordinance and has also been included in the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget.
This schedule outlines the fees to be assessed for FY24 for a variety of services, permits, activities, and events provided by the City.
The Park fees have been reviewed by Parks and Recreation Commission on 5/18/2023. The Development Services fees have been reviewed by Planning and Zoning Commission on 7/17/2023 and will consider changes to the rates related to HB 3492 on 8/21/2023. In addition, the Library Board reviews fees as part of their policy review which was reviewed and approved in March 2023.
Prior City Council Action
August 22, 2023 City Council approved the ordinance as amended on first reading to include an amendment to keep resident brush fees at the recycle center the same as FY23.
