Summary
Requests approval of a Discretionary Service Agreement with payment to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC. in the amount of $141,838.48 for the extension and upgrade of electrical delivery system facilities to serve the lift station located at 17349 Cameron Road, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
Oncor will provide and has completed the following work under this agreement: removal and installation of 21 poles to upgrade an existing single-phase line to three-phase service; installation of approximately 9,891 feet of new primary conductor; transfer of 2 existing transformers; and installation of three 50 kVA 277/480V transformers. This work ensures that the lift station has adequate electrical service capacity for current and future operations.
These costs were not previously budgeted but are consistent with utility-led discretionary service work required to provide the necessary electrical infrastructure. Approval of this agreement formalizes the payment for completed infrastructure improvements and ensures continued reliable electrical service for critical lift station operations.
This project supports the Residential and Node Development and Business Development Pillars of the Strategic Plan.
