Approving a resolution of the City of Pflugerville, Texas approving a Right-of-way license agreement with the Lakeside Meadows (Pflugerville) Master Community, Inc., a Texas Domestic nonprofit corporation, for Lakeside Meadows Phases 2 and 3 pursuant to the Pflugerville Code of Ordinances, Chapter 96 right-of-way management, Division V. ROW licenses.
Summary
Lakeside Meadows Phases 2 and 3 will construct two single-family residential subdivisions north and west of Balaton Boulevard and Colorado Sand Drive in the City of Pflugerville, together with the necessary public utility and roadway infrastructure. The project will dedicate city-owned right-of-way for the local streets within the subdivisions. The agreement permits the developer to install decorative pavers, concrete edging, landscape medians, irrigation and related enhanced infrastructure within the city-owned right-of-way along the streets within Phases 2 and 3. These enhancements are anticipated to improve the aesthetic appeal along the local streets. The agreement outlines that it will be the developer’s or the succeeding homeowner/property owners' association’s responsibility to install, maintain, repair and relocation (if necessary) the improvements.
