This project consists of the design of a new three-lane urban roadway extending Pfennig Lane from E. Pecan Street to Wells Branch Parkway. The scope includes roadway geometrics, drainage improvements, utility coordination, ADA-compliant pedestrian features, illumination, traffic control, and all supporting components needed to produce complete construction documents. The project supports the City Pillars of Strengthening Infrastructure by improving mobility and connectivity, Connecting Our Community through multimodal and ADA-accessible features, and Promoting a Safe and Vibrant Community with enhanced lighting, traffic control, and pedestrian safety elements.
