Summary
The City's Building Amendments, Chapter 150, Article II, was last amended on March 22, 2022. The proposed changes will provided the City with a correct means of appeals to the Building Codes. As currently adopted, the appeals amendment incorrectly references Section 2.3 of the City's Unified Development Code and the revisions will correctly reference Chapter 150, Article IV. The revisions correctly aligns appeals and variance in terms of the City Construction Code.

The City Council updated and adopted Chapter 150, Article II Amendments per Ordinance 1544-22-03-22 on March 22, 2022. Council approved the first reading of the ordinance on February 10, 2026.
