Summary
The proposal being considered with this item was provided by G2 CSi for a construction contract with the City in the amount of $940,000 to perform construction services for the proposed improvements.
G2 CSi has successfully completed similar projects with the City on a variety of other smaller construction projects and they are currently a HUB vendor with the State of Texas as a woman-owned business.
The G2 CSi holds a TIPS-USA contract that the City of Pflugerville uses regularly.

Funds have been allocated by City staff to perform proposed improvements to the Pflugerville Justice Center by providing additional storage for existing and future Police Department squad vehicles.
The project will consist of developing a portion of adjacent city-owned property west of the Pflugerville Justice Center for expansion of the existing police department parking lot. Parking facility spots were maximized based on available space as a result of proposed detention facilities and the current area occupied by the existing elevated storage tank.
The detention facility is designed to capture and mitigate flows from the proposed conditions for the appropriate storm events as indicated in the “City of Pflugerville Engineering Design Guidelines and Construction Standards.” Other aspects of the project also included utility design of proposed conduits for parking lot lighting as well as erosion and sediment controls.
