Summary
This agenda item requests approval of a conditional purchase agreement and associated conveyance documents between CrossLife Evangelical Lutheran Church, Inc (Parcel 12) and the City of Pflugerville as necessary to acquire real property interests for the Kelly Lane Phase 3 Project and authorize the City Manager to execute the same. The purpose of the project is to expand the roadway to a four-lane configuration with a center median and integrate four roundabouts intersections from Moorlynch Avenue to Weiss Lane. Additionally,construction encompasses curb and gutter, underground storm facilities, pedestrian enhancements, and street lighting.
This purchase agreement with CrossLife Evangelical Lutheran Church, Inc in the amount of $319,700 was negotiated to obtain the necessary right-of-way (0.0618 acres) and utility easement (0.1903 acres) to construct the project and is subject to City Council approval.
This project supports the Mobility infrastructure and connectivity Pillar of the Strategic Plan.
