Summary
The City is considering approval of a Professional Services Supplemental Agreement (PSSA) with LJA Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $175,175 for the East Pflugerville Parkway (Colorado Sand Drive to Weiss Lane) Project to provide construction phase services.
The original Professional Services Agreement, executed on April 21, 2021, and subsequent supplemental agreements provided design, survey, and bid phase services for the project. As the project advances into the construction phase, additional services are required to support project management, coordination, and construction administration efforts.
This Supplemental Agreement includes construction phase services and extends the contract term through September 30, 2027, while maintaining continuity of services from the project’s design through construction. The amendment also increases the total contract amount to $1,126,603.39 to reflect the additional scope and effort required for successful project delivery.
Approving this Professional Services Supplemental Agreement ensures the project is adequately supported during construction and remains on track for completion in 2027.

Pflugerville Parkway (Colorado Sand Drive to Weiss Lane) in the amount of $52,291 on February 13, 2024.
City Council approved a conditional purchase agreement and associated conveyance documents between JY properties, LLC (Parcel No 1) and the City of Pflugerville as necessary to acquire real property interest for the E. Pflugerville Parkway (Colorado Sand to Weiss Lane) project in the amount of $82,980 on May 13, 2025.
