Summary
The City is amending Chapter 71 of our Code of Ordinances relating to parking on city streets by adding temporary no parking zones along portions of the Heatherwilde Subdivision for pavement maintenance construction activities.
Prior City Council Action
City Council approved the construction contract for the Heatherwilde Roadway Rehabilitation Project to QA Construction Services, Inc. at the September 22, 2020 meeting.
City Council approved this ordinance on first reading on November 10, 2020.
