Recommended Action

Staff continues to recommend that the City receive services from ESD at no additional cost to the City. Understanding that this option is not currently offered by ESD2, staff recommends maintaining current level of service with Allegiance Mobile, with contract provision to increase service levels if response times raise above the 8 min industry standard.
