Summary
The Star Ranch development project located northeast of the SH 130 and CR 138 intersection has granted a wastewater easement, dated November 13, 2020, and recorded as document number 2020147613 in Williamson County records to the City of Pflugerville to cover proposed public wastewater line improvements across the subject property. This amended and restated wastewater pipeline easement agreement amends that wastewater easement to clarify certain rights of the grantor. This amendment will allow the grantors heirs, successors, and assigns, the right to use the subsurface of the easement for permitted improvements whereas the currently recorded agreement stipulates that only the grantor has the right to use the subsurface of the easement tract for permitted improvements. This amendment will allow Oncor (acting as a grantor’s assigns) the right to cross the wastewater easement with underground electric lines in specific locations as identified in the amended agreement. By approving this easement amendment and allowing these electric line crossings, the proposed Star Ranch development project will be able to be served with electric service by Oncor.
This resolution authorizes City Manager Signature on the proposed Amended and Restated Wastewater Pipeline Easement Agreement.
