Summary
On August 27, 2019, the City Council approved a professional engineering contract with Johnson Mirmiran Thompson, Inc. (JMT) for design services of the Kelly Lane Phase 2 and Phase 3 Improvement project. This project includes design and construction phase services for widening Kelly Lane from a two-lane roadway to an urban four-lane divided section similar to the Phase 1 configuration. This work authorization will provide right-of-way acquisition services for additional right-of-way to accommodate the widening.

Seven Arrows Land Staff, LLC. is one of the five (5) firms selected to provide Right-of-Way Services at the November 12, 2019 City Council meeting.
