Title

Summary

The City is amending Chapter 72 of our Code of Ordinances specifically relating to stop signs in public streets by adding new stop intersections.

The change to the ordinance is the intersection:

·      Cheyenne Valley Drive and San Chisolm Drive.

The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the ordinance as to form.

Prior City Council Action

This ordinance was approved on first reading on August 26, 2014.  Chapter 72 Schedule III regarding the installation of stop signs on city streets was last amended by the City Council on March 25, 2014.

There is no deadline for action.
