Summary

The Heatherwilde Commons Preliminary Plan, zoned as Urban Level 4 district (CL4), consists of approximately 44.9 acres located at the northwest corner of SH 45 and Heatherwilde Boulevarde. The proposed preliminary plan includes three lots: one drainage lot, one lot planned for an Oncor electric substation, and one lot proposed for future development. No road extensions through the property are proposed. The tract is bounded to the east by North Heatherwilde Boulevard and to the south by the SH 45 frontage road. Access to the site will be provided from North Heatherwilde Boulevard, with specific access points to be determined at the time of site development.
