Summary
Approval of a Professional Services Supplemental Agreement (PSSA) with Halff Associates, Inc. in the amount of $98,385 for Construction Phase associated with TR2101 - Picadilly Drive, Royston Lane, and Central Commerce Drive to provide additional construction phase services including additional construction administration and project management services from June 2026 through the completion of construction (September 2027). The scope also includes preparation and review of additional Requests for Information, associated design revisions, construction-phase coordination, and other professional services necessary to support completion of the project.
The original Professional Services Agreement and previously approved supplemental agreements included design, utility coordination, bidding, permitting, project management, and construction-phase services. As construction has progressed, additional professional services have been required to support project delivery, respond to field conditions, address contractor requests for information, and meet City and regulatory agency requirements.
Approval of this Supplemental Agreement will provide continued engineering support throughout the remaining construction period, maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and City requirements, and support the successful completion and closeout of the project.
