Approving a professional services agreement with Halff Associates, Inc. in the amount of $71,587.00 for professional engineering services associated with the Justice Center parking lot expansion and authorizing the City Manager to execute same.
Summary
The Pflugerville Police Department parking lot expansion project consists of developing a portion of the property to the Northwest of the existing Police Department into a 30-space parking lot. Twenty spaces will be regular sized and ten spaces will be oversized. The new parking lot will be connected to the existing parking lot with an all-weather roadway and will include detention pond(s) to mitigate additional storm flow. The plans will include design for the pavement, drainage, and site plan improvements. The overall master plan will include the pricing and proposed site planning for the location for the a storage and evidence building.
