Conduct a public hearing and consider action to approve an ordinance on first and final reading with the caption reading: Master ordinance establishing the City of Pflugerville, Texas Utility System Revenue Financing Program.
Summary
Because this is the City's first issuance of revenue bond debt, the City will be adopting two ordinances related to the revenue bonds: 1) a master ordinance the contains the general terms that will apply to utility revenue bonds issued by the City (including the 2021 utility revenue bonds) and 2) a First Supplemental ordinance that has the terms that are specific to the 2021 utility revenue bonds.
The City's bond counsel, Richard Donoghue will be present to present the structure and address any questions.
