Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Right of Way License Agreement between the City of Pflugerville and the Carrington Court Residential Community Inc. applicable to all City streets within the subdivision.
Summary
The Carrington Court subdivision is being developed along the east side of Heatherwilde Blvd. between Green Meadows and Yellow Sage St. The developer, D.R. Horton, will be installing parking spaces and landscape improvements including but not limited to plants, shrubs, trees, grasses, irrigation systems and other landscaping within portions of the City public rights of way as approved within the Carrington Court Alternative Land Use Regulation (ALUR) and preliminary plan. A final plat is currently under review and will provide reference to the proposed license agreement. All maintenance of the landscape improvements will be the fiscal responsibility of Carrington Court Residential Community Inc.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the license agreement and subsequently record it with Travis County upon recordation of the final plat and Declaration of Covenants by the developer. The City Attorney has reviewed this document and approved it as to form.
