Summary

Mayor Gonzales asked that this item be placed on the October 9, 2018 agenda for approval.  Mr. Steve Shannon of Waste Connections requests that the City of Pflugerville approve the attached resolution which will enable the Texas Municipal League to consider adopting this into their legislative platform at their Resolutions Committee meeting next week during the Texas Muncipal League Annual Conference.
