Summary
Water, wastewater and drainage easements are needed for necessary utility and drainage construction for the Town Center 2 subdivision construction project. Staff has worked directly with the developer on coordination of the project improvements and the language of the easement agreement.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easements and subsequently record them with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
