Discussion on this item is expected to take place in executive session for deliberations regarding economic development negotiations pursuant to Chapter 551.087 of the Texas Government Code and consultation with legal counsel pursuant to Chapter 551.071 of the Texas Government Code. This item is related to the Economic Development Agreement with Arista Data Centers which was approved on June 12. Mr. Terrell Timmermann is the current landowner of the proposed site for the data center facility.

A request for qualifications for engineering services has been drafted regarding the City's infrastructure grant obligations and will be published the week of July 9th.
