Summary
Final Rule from Treasury was released on January 6, 2022 and will become effective April 1, 2022. Staff recommends we allocate $1M to a new small business grant program and administration by a third-party company.
Options for remaining funds:
Package A: Downtown East eligible infrastructure
Package B: Utility generators
Package C: Expand Investment in upgrading technologies (fiber ring, firewalls, routers, and access points)
