Summary

The Executive Director requests the Board's permission to conduct a comprehensive review of all PCDC governing documents and existing agreements. The objective of this review is to identify any provisions that may inadvertently limit the organization's flexibility or effectiveness or create unintended barriers to fully utilizing the authority granted to PCDC by law.
