Summary
Pflugerville ISD will provide an overview of the District Optimization process currently underway. This work is focused on aligning the district’s school facilities, enrollment trends, and financial sustainability to ensure that PfISD can continue to provide high-quality educational opportunities for students while responsibly stewarding public resources.
The presentation will include a review of current enrollment patterns, facility utilization, and the development of draft scenarios designed to address long-term challenges facing the district. Attendees will also learn about the community engagement process, including opportunities for residents, families, and staff to provide input as the Board of Trustees considers potential future actions.
This presentation is intended to provide community partners with context on the process and share how District Optimization may shape the district’s long-term planning and service to the Pflugerville community.
