Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the City of Georgetown establishing a cooperative purchasing program.
Summary
This agreement was requested by the City of Georgetown specifically for our existing contract with Austin Traffic Signal. The greater benefit is that this agreement will expand the purchasing power to both parties to allow each party to purchase materials, supplies, goods, services or equipment under each other's competitively bid contracts pursuant to Subchapter F, Chapter 271 of the Texas Local Government Code.
