Status
The City entered into a professional services agreement with Halff Associates in August 2012 to prepare an Athletic Complex and Randig Tract Feasibility Study.  In February 2013, the original contract was amended to include a Lake Pflugerville Master Plan.
City Staff worked with the consultant much of 2013 to develop three different concepts for review.  These were presented to the Parks & Recreation Commission on October 13, 2013.  The Commission gave feedback and preferences regarding specific components of the three concepts.
The same concepts were then presented to the City Council on December 10, 2013 to get input and direction.  Feedback and preferences very similar to that received from the Parks & Recreation Commission were given by the City Coucil.
City Staff worked with the consultant to combine the preferred components of the three concepts into one final draft concept.
This final draft concept was presented to the Parks & Recreation Commission on March 20, 2014.  The Commission recommended approval at that time.
The final draft concept was presented to the City Council at the May 27, 2014 Regular Meeting.
