Title

Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Public Wastewater Easement Agreement with Cash Construction, Inc. and the City of Pflugerville for a wastewater line associated with the Cash Construction site development project generally located southeast of Heatherwilde Blvd. and Kingston Lacy Blvd.

 

Summary

The public wastewater easement includes two additional portions to be added to an existing wastewater easement and is required for the installation of a wastewater line necessary to serve the Cash Construction site development project generally located southeast of Heatherwilde Blvd. and Kingston Lacy Blvd.  The additional easement areas are necessary to accomodate changes in the wastewater line alignment due to field constraints experienced during construction. Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
