Title

Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Sidewalk Easement Agreement with Mohammad K. Minhas and the City of Pflugerville for a sidewalk associated with the Picadilly Business Park, Block A, Lot 1 site development project located at the northeast corner of Joe Barbee Drive and Picadilly Drive.

Summary

A sidewalk is required along the frontage of all lots. The sidewalk easement is necessary for the routing of the sidewalk onto the property to avoid two existing utility pole conflicts in the right-of-way. Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
