Approving and authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Sight Visibility Easement by and between the Pflugerville Loop, LTD, VRE Pflugerville, LLC, and the City of Pflugerville located at the southeastern corner of Lot 4A, Block A, of Amending Plat, Lot 4, Block A of the Springbrook Commercial Subdivision.
Summary
A review of the roadway conditions along Shultz Lane along with the traffic impacts of the 7-Eleven property at the corner of A.W. Grimes and Shultz Lane reveals a 0.296 portion of Lot 4A, Block A of the Springbrook Commercial Subdivision that impairs a vehicle driver's vision. As a result, both property owners have offered to place conditions on the land dedicated to the sight visibility easement which restricts landscaping, plantings, or structures to less than 24" in height and tree canopy to greater than 7.5' in height and 9" in diameter. Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the Agreement and subsequently record it with Travis County.
