Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Public Wastewater Easement between KM Avalon, Ltd., the Pflugerville Independent School District and the City of Pflugerville associated with proposed wastewater infrastructure necessary to serve Pflugerville Independent School District Middle School No. 6 project situated on 135.231 acres of the James P. Kempe survey No. 12, abstract No. 462 located in Travis County, Texas.
Summary
The Pflugerville Independent School District Middle School No. 6 project is located on Cele Road directly northeast of the intersection of Hodde Lane and Cele Road. These easements are necessary in order for the school to connect to the City of Pflugerville's public wastewater system located along the west side of Weiss Lane. The proposed public wastewater line will be constructed under Hodde Lane directly north of the intersection of Hodde Lane and Cele Road and connect to an existing City of Pflugerville manhole located southwest of the intersection.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easements and subsequently record them with Travis County. Attached are copies of the easement documents and a vicinity map.
