Summary
The City Council previously approved the creation of Meadowlark Preserve Public Improvement District and approved a Service and Assessment Plan (SAP). Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code (PID Act), the (SAP) must be reviewed and updated annually by ordinance and recorded in the real property records. The attached document serves as the required annual SAP update, which also includes the assessment roll for 2026.
