Summary
The PCDC Board approved the Code of Ethics Policy during a Regular Meeting on September 21, 2018. The policy was reviewed by the PCDC Board at their regular meeting on July 19, 2023 and the board members received training from the PCDC Attorney. The policy is reviewed and approved annually and sent to the City Council for approval per the PCDC Bylaws. The PCDC Board approved the Ethics Policy on August 16, 2023 and forward to City Council for approval.
