Presentation of the TIP Strategies final Pflugerville Workforce Study.
Summary
In April of 2024 TIP Strategies was approved by the PCDC Board and the City Council to undertake Pflugerville's first workforce study. This is a final report on their research after meeting with the PCDC Board, City Council and other local and regional workforce partners. In July, TIP presented a mid study report to both the PCDC Board and Council to gain further insight into the community. Next, staff reviewed the report data to provide feedback on the study's findings captured both locally and regionally thus far. Staff Recommendation
